CEO Rick Roehl has his Class A CDL so he can do what the most important people in this company do - haul freight. That's the only way to lead a drivers' company.
A native of Marshfield, Wisconsin, Rick literally grew up in his dad Everett's business. Rick has done most every job in the company from company driver to fleet manager to load planner and everything in between.
After Rick earned his Associate of Arts degree in accounting, he became a truck fleet Owner Operator leasing his trucks to Roehl Transport. This experience gave Rick the grounding in understanding truck operations, costs, cash flow, equipment, customer service and time management.

Tim Norlin is Roehl Transport's Vice President of Driver Employment. Tim is a reliable source for trucking information, with over three decades of experience in the transportation industry and he has held a variety of positions in Operations, Sales, Safety, Driver Training and Development and Driver Recruiting. Tim is a member of the Wisconsin Motor Carrier's Association where he has served as a past board member and was recently Chairman of the Legislative Committee. He is also a member of the Commercial Vehicle Training Alliance and serves on the client advisory boards of a few industry consumer reporting agencies. He is a graduate of the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University with a BBA in Transportation and Logistics.
In 2020, Tim was named Transport Topics Recruiting Professional of the Year for his outstanding efforts leading Roehl's Driver Employment Center.
