Our impact is greater today as we have become the primary provider of ophthalmic care in Atlanta, and we are extending our work to various counties around Atlanta to improve our ability to care for our most prized treasure -our children. We treat eye disorders from the newborn period up to 18 years of age without charge. Most of our patients are referred to us from physicians across the state, pediatric offices, emergency rooms and local community organizations as they know no one else will admit non-paying patients. We serve Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee... Our mission is to provide eye care in the form of diagnosis and treatment to children in need, especially those children who lack funding for seeing a pediatric ophthalmologist... The medical staff at the center is among the nation's finest group of ophthalmologists with more than 42 years of experience of cumulative medical expertise in the field of pediatric ophthalmology.
