Bob has been a local leader in construction throughout his adult life, starting in the construction industry in 1980. Diligent, resourceful and hard-working, he has immersed himself in complicated projects, earning a reputation of bringing projects to successful completion under less than ideal circumstances.
Bob started with H&M in 2013, and his depth of construction knowledge allows him to be a strong ally, both for H&M and an Owner as he provides guidance through the often difficult process of commercial construction.
Eric has been a commercial builder since 1987 and has been with H&M since 2011. He was previously a Project Manager, Vice President and then President with another local commercial contractor before leaving to work with a commercial developer. His passion is negotiating projects which provides an excellent opportunity for Owners to get exactly what they want. Providing leadership for the Owner / Design / Contractor collaboration gives purpose to his passion.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University, as well as a Master's degree in Educational Studies from Wheaton Graduate School.
Greg has been in the commercial construction business since 1979, starting in carpentry and concrete formwork. He joined H&M in 1994, first as an estimator and project manager, focused largely on school and university construction, up to his current role of overseeing all construction operations for H&M. He leads an outstanding team of project managers, dedicated to the highest quality in all of our projects, and committed to the utmost integrity with owners.
Greg has a degree in Computer Science from Palm Beach State College in Florida, and is an Accredited LEED© AP.
Kristy joined the H&M Constructors in October 2021. Prior to starting at H&M Constructors, Kristy spent fifteen plus years in banking, accounting, and bookkeeping where she was able to provide customer service and put problem solving skills to work. She provides office support to the Project Managers and Superintendents for H&M Constructors.
Phillip has been with M.B. Haynes since 2009, working in several divisions, including Haynes Technologies, Haynes Electric Utility Corp., and H&M Industrial. Phillip made the move to H&M Constructors in 2018, after working as Project Manager with Haynes Heating & Cooling since 2011.
Phillip has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
