HEARTWIZE

Heartwize is a charity formed in 2014 with one goal, to create a generation of lifesavers. The charity has now taught life saving skills in secondary schools in Leicester and Rutland as well as with different community groups. The charity has also supplied Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to all schools involved to increase the likelihood of survival of out of hospital cardiac arrest... Heartwize delivers basic life support training including CPR using resuscitation dolls as well as how to use AEDs. Heartwize volunteers and resuscitation officers provide the training to ensure school children and other groups have the confidence and knowledge to perform CPR and help save a life... Heartwize specialise in providing secondary school and community training in lifesaving skills including the use of a portable defibrillator.
