Hire and Best believes we can supplement our American workforce with workers from less advantaged majority world countries to help lift all boats and the trickle effect could be a stronger economy meaning more American jobs... As social entrepreneurs, our team wanted to solve the optimization problem and help make the world a better place in the process. We wanted to create a way for businesspeople to save money and make more money at the same time leveraging their remote staffing creating new jobs in the process... We wanted to help break the poverty cycle in these other countries if we could and that meant lifting the living wage to what is called a "thriving wage." That is, a wage that allows these workers to earn enough money to save a little or help their families or even think about a pilgrimage.
