Hudson Valley Frozen Fresh is a brand of the Independent Chef Company. We are an all natural small batch soup and sauce manufacturing company. We do not use sodium, sugar, preservatives or additives of any kind. All soups are vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free. We use all fresh produce harvested from neighboring Hudson Valley farms whenever possible... The Independent Chef Company was founded in 2004. Our primary goal was to create and market high end sauces and dry rubs. Hudson Valley Frozen Fresh was born out of necessity and the generosity of a caring community, in response to the Coronavirus pandemic aka Covid-19. Food sources began to be strained and a segment of the community went on lock down. This was particularly difficult for seniors and those with pre-existing and susceptible conditions.
