He is the former Chief Executive Officer for Green Cement. Prior to that, he built the largest wire rod steelmaker in the US for Liberty Steel and built and helped manage two US mining companies. He also worked for JP Morgan's Investment Bank in their Natural Resources Group. He received his B.A. from Harvard College, Cum Laude, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Maged Moustafa is the Chief Operation Officer at Arabian Cement Company with +20 years of progressive and intensive/extensive work experience in the cement industry. Maged is a chemical engineer graduated from Cairo university, he has been working in well-established multinational organisations in different roles in the cement industry starting from process optimization, operation and production management, participating in designing, installation and commissioning of greenfield projects as well as upgrade projects in Egypt as well as in the North Africa region. Maged has more than 12 years hands-on experience in AF operation in several cement plants with different alternative fuels systems and types.
