Chris Morrill

For most of Chris Morrill's career has been working with system security, auditing, business continuity and incident response. His long history started back in high school in Pocatello, Idaho. This was back when the Apple IIe was "new". The evolution of PCs, mainframes and servers, networks, communications and the power of processing also the weakness in protecting information has always fascinated him. Chris continues to stay up to date with tactics and techniques - the frameworks to follow and what companies and the government need to do to cover the gaps. One of his favorite quotes from his past, "I have been to the edge. And there I have stood and looked down." Chris currently servers on the InfraGard Idaho board. He is also active in the Boise ISSA group and the Boise Cloud Security Association.

Josh Stemp

  • Information Security Engineer With the Idaho Transportation Department
Josh Stemp is currently an Information Security Engineer with the Idaho Transportation Department and, as the lead for ITD's Incidents and Investigations Unit, is responsible for statewide incident response, digital forensics, and cyber threat intelligence. He has over a decade of experience in information technology with more than 8 years of experience dedicated to cybersecurity and information assurance. Josh's previous experiences are varied with examples such as critical infrastructure protection, regulatory compliance, Fortune 100 retail, and experience with multiple publicly-disclosed data breaches. In addition to his role with InfraGard, Josh volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Council as the local cybersecurity SME and badge mentor, serves on various boards and committees within and around Idaho state government, and is a frequent contributor to local, national, and international security communities. He maintains the following relevant industry certifications: GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, GASF, and GCTI.

Les Lake - Treasurer

Les has more than 40 years combined experience in public & private accounting, business development & investigative services, specializing in real estate & mortgage loan fraud, healthcare fraud, governmental compliance, financial & tax analysis. He currently serves on the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners International Advisory Council and leads a top team of international forensic experts with Lake Forensic Advisors, LLC. Public & private accounting experience includes Arthur Andersen & Co. and Morrison Knudsen Co., providing both accounting and audit services for international business clients, heavy construction and commercial real estate development projects. Government experience includes compliance & regulatory services for the Office of Special Investigations with the Idaho Attorney General's Office, establishing the Idaho Medicaid Fraud Bureau, and serving as the Inspector & Investigator for the Idaho Real Estate Commission. Les has completed over 1,200 financial & compliance audits and investigations, and has reviewed, audited & investigated over 20,000 real estate transactions. Les is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Real Estate Investigator. He is Yellow Book certified. He is the Treasurer of InfraGard Idaho Members Alliance and is an active member of the Idaho Land Title Association. Les has served as president & board member of the Boise Chapter ACFE and the Association of Government Accountants Idaho Centennial Chapter. Les is an expert witness, published author and national speaker currently presenting on fraud awareness, prevention and detection.

Rod Zwainz - President

Rod Zwainz has a broad expertise in cyber security, information systems, leadership, project management, artificial intelligence along with agriculture. His career started with the US Army and includes Armor/Cavalry operations along the east/west German border, an initial member of the OPFOR at the National Training Center, light infantry Cavalry operations and Army Chief of Staff for Intelligence procurement support. His Army career also included testing and analysis of Army systems along with Systems Analysis of Intelligence systems. His cybersecurity expertise and information management experience come from his numerous years supporting national agencies and corporations both with the Army and leading organizations within Lockheed Martin in the Fort Meade area. Since moving to Idaho he has been a cyber security consultant along with continuing to participate in farming in Washington. He has been a member of Infragard since early 2014 starting with the Baltimore chapter where he was able to attend numerous training events including INLETS and active shooter training at Quantico. He was also an active participant in insider threat training. In addition to Infragard, he participates in ISSA, PMIWIC, ISACA and Idaho Tech Council along with data science and Bitcoin. His certifications include PMP, CISSP, lean Green Belt and ITIL.
