Dr. Barlow is a Project Manager at IE&D where he focuses on traffic and transportation related projects. He received his PhD from Oregon State University and continues to pursue research interests at IE&D related to rural transportation safety as well as transportation history. Zach is a member and the Communications Coordinator for the Transportation Research Board's (TRB) Committee on Transportation History.
