Caroline is a founding faculty member of Beckett-McInroy Consultancy (BMC) where she offers coaching, mentor coaching and SUPERvision. She is also involved in the instructional design, assessment and facilitation of the CoachME ICF Level 3 programmes, Association for Coaching (AC) Diploma and EMCC Global Supervision Quality Award for Training Providers (ESQA). In addition, Caroline is an associate coach for Making Stuff Better providing leadership coaching and coach training for school leaders and administrators in the UK and globally including organisations such as Nord Anglia International and Dulwich College International.
