With 20 years of workforce development and employment services experience, Theresa Austin decided it was time to utilize her talents to assist the business community achieve maximum results in their respective industries with the knowledge, skills and abilities she had obtained over time. Ms. Austin has worked for the Georgia Department of Labor, Georgia's Technical College System, and as a Federal Program Manager in Washington, DC. She has also added additional knowledge and skills being employed as a Director of Human Resources with a private security firm, as an Executive Director with DeKalb County Government and most recently, Director of Human Resources for MARTA. By working in various capacities, she has gained experience which has allowed her to have a vantage point of business that is rarely seen. JH Austin Consulting has consultants with various skills sets to assist small business in achieving optimal business results.
