In 2016 I felt it was time to do my Jivamukti Yoga teacher training in India. Some call Jivamukti Yoga the punk rock of yoga. And I agree. At its core there's pure spiritual activism, integrated into strong, creative āsana classes, with a focus on the ancient yoga teachings/philosophy.
