Alexandra is Executive Assistant at KeysFinance Partners since February 2015.
As a technician in Human Resources and Communication, Alexandra joined KeysFinance after 3 years of experience as an Assistant in the financial department of the Ministry of Communication and in a financial consulting firm.
Aristote joined KeysFinance Partners in 2020 after experiences in Mergers & Acquisitions within the French teams of Clearwater International and Canaccord Genuity.
He has participated in transactions of all sizes, often with an international component, in the real estate, energy, financial services, consumer goods and business services sectors.
Cédrick joined KeysFinance Partners in 2021 as an intern before becoming a M&A Analyst. He assisted the senior team on transactions in the financial services, consumer goods distribution, paper packaging and education sectors.
Before joining KeysFinance Partners, Cédrick worked as a junior management controller in an insurance brokerage company.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Graduate School of Management and a degree in economics.
DÉSIRÉ ZAKPA Partner Désiré joined KeysFinance Partners in 2020 with more than thirty years of top management professional experience in various international groups and financial institutions (KPMG, E&Y, DHL, Citibank etc …). Before joining KeysFinance, he had been Special Advisor, Chairman of the Investment Committee and then General Manager at Phoenix Capital Management Group, a financial services group specializing in Private Equity, asset management and financial advisory.

Eric joined KeysFinance Partners in September 2023. For around ten years, he audited and advised several companies on their Finance and Risk Management transformation projects. He has also managed projects to implement or overhaul operational processes. Prior to joining the team, Eric worked as Senior Manager, Head of CFO Advisory at Nexialog Consulting and as Manager Finance, Strategy & Performance at KPMG.
Eric holds a master's degree in management Control from Université Paris X, France and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, majoring in Finance, from Bangalore University, India.
Ismael has a cumulative experience of 4 years in Mergers & Acquisitions in West Africa and has been involved in several transactions in various sectors including real estate, agribusiness and business services.
Ismael holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance (MSTCF) and an Executive Msc in Finance from EM Lyon Business School.

Jacques is a non-executive Partner at KeysFinance Partners. He is a seasoned investment banker with more than 30 years' experience in Africa. After a career as managing director of various industrial groups (Compagnie de Suez, SIPH), he co-founded "Pall Mall Capital" in 2000, a London based investment bank, advising corporate clients in transactions in Europe and in Africa.
He notably conducted the sale of Bank of Africa to BMCE and the sale of Banque Atlantique to Banque Populaire du Maroc.
Jean-Michel is a Partner at KeysFinance Partners where he conducted various transactions in FMCG and business services sectors in Côte d'Ivoire. He has cumulated more than 8 years' experience in investment banking in West-Africa. Prior to joining Keysfinance in 2014, Jean-Michel started an M&A advisory firm based in Paris and focusing on Africa.
Jean-Michel is an Ivorian-French citizen and holds a master's degree in Finance from Audencia School of Management in France.
Joël is the founder and managing partner of KeysFinance Partners since 2014. He brings more than 40 years' experience in top management positions in Africa and Asia. He particularly acted as Head of Atlantique group and SIFCA group, leading regional companies, where he led the financing, acquisition and divesture for numerous companies in the telecom and agro-industrial sectors.
Joël is a French and Ivorian citizen, graduated from the Sloan Master of the London Business School and is a French chartered accountant.
Bony has more than 18 years of experience in operations management and the implementation of performance monitoring and optimization tools in industrial companies in Europe and Africa.
Prior to joining KeysFinance in 2021, Bony held Director positions in management control and finance in subsidiaries of SIFCA Group and Wilmar International.
Bony holds an industrial engineering degree from INPHB in Yamoussoukro and a master's degree in management from EM Lyon Business School.
Nancy has 6 years of investment banking experience under her belt. Associate at KeysFinance Partners since 2020, Nancy joined the team in 2014.
At KeysFinance Partners, Nancy has participated in transactions in various sectors such as plastics, hotels, telecoms, etc.
Nancy is of Ivorian nationality and holds a Master's degree in Finance from Charles-Louis de Montesquieu University.
Sékina joined KeysFinance Partners in 2021 as an intern before becoming a M&A analyst. Prior to that, she worked as an auditor at Deloitte Côte d'Ivoire.
She has participated in transactions in the industrial, telecommunications, FMCG and business services sectors.
Sekina holds an Msc in Finance and Accounting from Brighton University and an BBA in Audit and Finance Management from EDHEC business School.
Yasmine joined KeysFinance Partners in 2020 after experience in investment funds and within the PwC Côte d'Ivoire teams in Project Financing.
Yasmine works on different types of transactions in diverse sectors such as FMCG, transport, handling, plastics, … and many others.
Yasmine holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from TELECOM Nancy as well as a Specialized Master's degree in Strategy and Finance from ESSEC Business School.
