Kore Contact Center was established in 2017 with headquarters in Montego Bay Jamaica and serves as the sales and support center for Atlanta-based software company Pimsware LLC. We are active members of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce... We offer agents that provide a variety of services such as Debt Collection, Warm Transfers and Lead Generation... Jamaica is positioned to increase its capability of being the nearshore vendor of choice with its ever-increasing number of active seats. Our mission at Kore through a partnership with Pimsware is to bring together a cohort of call center professionals across the island, capable of meeting and exceeding the needs of international investors, seeking an opportunity to conduct business in Jamaica.
