Dr. Nizar Dalloul

Dr Nizar Dalloul was born on April 24th 1961, in Beirut, Lebanon, to a family that embraced the Lebanese values of education and entrepreneurship. Growing up, he had an innate curiosity about machines and technology, developing a fascination with all means of communication.

Mohamed-Ali Kabbani

Mr. Kabbani graduated in 1981 with a Baccalaureate (Mathematics) from College Protestant Francais. He later traveled to the United States to pursue his education and obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (1986) from George Washington University, Washington, USA and his Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (1987) from Cornell University, New York, USA. Throughout his career, he has held several managerial positions in Lebanon, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Kabbani is a member of IRADA, a group of leading Lebanese businessmen. He was previously the Head of the Business Development Committee at IRADA, and is currently the Head of the PR Committee. In addition to being a Board Member of the Lebanese-Italian Business Council, Mr. Kabbani is also a Board Member of the Lebanese-Bulgarian Business Council and serves on the Advisory Board of the Electrical Power and Machines Program at Beirut Arab University's ECE Department.

Mr. Jamil Fakhri

Jamil has 21 years experience in business development, strategic planning, and financial engineering. Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Jamil worked for prestigious companies such as Al-Buhous Financial Consulting and Ark Financial Group, where he was Head of Project and Corporate Finance. As a generalist, Jamil worked on varied projects and thus acquired experience in different sectors, including healthcare, construction, retailing, entertainment, transportation, real estate, and food industry. His involvement in these projects was mainly focused on industry analysis, strategy and business plan development, and equity and debt financing. Jamil holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the American University of Beirut, an MBA and a Master's of Science in Finance from Ecole Superieure Des Affaires (France), and an Executive Masters in Islamic Financial Management (XIFM) from the Rotterdam Business School. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.
