Le Coeur Events was created in 2020 by two friends, Nakela & Dora, who had a passion for planning and expressing their creativity. We specialize in custom, organic balloon decor for all occasions... We specialize in organic balloon decor, and our goal is to take a party decor classic and use it to elevate our clients' events.
