Jonathan S. Leiderman is a founding Partner at LSS Law. He handles personal bankruptcy and corporate bankruptcy matters, representing debtors, creditors and bankruptcy trustees in need of legal counsel. Jonathan has experience in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases and uses his knowledge to benefit clients looking for financial relief. Born in New Hyde Park, New York, Jonathan graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Jonathan graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994 with a Juris Doctor. Prior to forming the firm, Jonathan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan L. Postman, former Circuit Court Judge in Miami-Dade County, Florida and was a founding Shareholder of Leiderman Shelomith, P.A.

Zach B. Shelomith

As one of only a few attorneys Board Certified in both Business Bankruptcy and Consumer Bankruptcy Law, Zach Shelomith has a thorough understanding of the world of bankruptcy law. This distinction allows him to provide steadfast legal help to companies and individuals alike. As a Chambers USA-ranked lawyer, a Past President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida, and co-author of a book on Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Zach is an influential legal voice and a leader in his field. Prior to co-founding LSS Law, Zach served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable A. Jay Cristol, Chief Bankruptcy Judge Emeritus for the Southern District of Florida and was a founding Shareholder of his previous firm, Leiderman Shelomith, P.A. In the last six years, Zach has served as a director and then an officer of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, becoming President of the organization in July 2018. Zach obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997, where he was awarded the American Bankruptcy Journal Prize. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in finance and a minor in philosophy. Zach is a frequent speaker and writer on bankruptcy law and has been quoted in publications such as the Miami Herald and Bloomberg Law.
