Our relationship with the NCCER is long standing as Alliance President, Penny Hazer has been an NCCER Master Trainer since 1992. The NCCER provides a curricula that requires hands-on training (a philosophy that we strongly support). All instructors have successfully completed the NCCER's Instructor Certification Training Program
