Background
Before joining Mainline Environmental, Dan McGowan was the Chief Operating Officer for Wilmington Paper Company. Here he modernized business capabilities to achieve revenue growth targets and stabilize market performance. Before this, he was the Principal for McGowan Advisory, providing buy-side diligence and managed sale processes for private equity and respective portfolio companies. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Smarter Sorting, the waste and sustainability venture startup company where he created the overarching business structure and operations. Earlier in his career, Mr. McGowan serves as the Chief Operating Officer for River Road Waste Solutions, launching technology capabilities for recycling and sustainability.
Dan McGowan earned his MBA from Rutgers University and his BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He is the recipient of numerous professional awards, including a three-time recipient of Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000 and a four-time recipient of the Top 250 Privately-Held Companies by the New Jersey Business Journal. He was named to New Jersey Fast 50 and recognized as a 2015 Business of the Year Finalist. Dan McGowan calls Fair Haven, NJ home with his wife and 2 children.

Glenn Neuschwender is the Founder and CEO of Enviroscience Consultants, a full-service, multidiscipline environmental, health, and occupational safety firm with over 25+ years of experience integrating science, engineering, and investigative methodologies to provide trusted environmental solutions. His tenured science background in investigative and analytical methodologies, engineering and design principles, and environmental regulatory standards allows him to lead a disciplined approach across complex environmental, health, and safety challenges. Glenn's deep expertise includes asbestos inspection, analysis, and remediation strategies, indoor air quality, mold, and ventilation, biological and chemical contaminants, sampling protocols, remediation techniques, epidemiological surveys, health effects, as well as soil and groundwater investigations, remediation, and monitoring.
Background
Notably, Glenn brings extensive education (k-12) experience to nimbly manage the concerns and expectations of multiple stakeholders and carefully guide community engagement. His outstanding work includes programs approved by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Suffolk County, New York District Attorney's Office. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in the States of New York and Tennessee. Furthermore, Glenn is the governmental Director of the accredited EPA/NYS environmental laboratory facility and EPA/NYS Asbestos Training Center. Additionally, he is an NYS-approved Mold Training Provider. Mabel Larsen is the Vice President of Finance for Mainline environmental, a premier full-service environmental solutions company bringing expertise and support to high-priority environmental testing, compliance, remediation, training, and laboratory needs. She oversees complete financial and operational infrastructures with an unwavering commitment to excellence and resolute best practices. She guides the overall financial and operational health of an organization to maximize growth in business and drive organizational success. She brings deep M&A experience to lead business strategy and acquisition integration planning to professionalize high-level financial infrastructures and operational capabilities across the organization.
Background
Mabel brings long-standing industry experience across the environmental solutions and waste management space. Before joining Mainline Environmental, Mabel was the Senior Director of Financial Operations for Rubicon Global, where she guided full financial operations and acquisitional strategy. Prior to joining the Rubicon team, she was the Senior Vice President of Finance for RiverRoad Waste Solutions, where she established sustainable operational efficiencies to ready the organization for the Rubicon acquisition. Before this, she was the District Control for Advanced Disposal Services. Mabel launched her career in corporate accounting with Interstate Waste Services.
Mabel earned her BBA in Finance from Pace University. She continued her education at Farleigh Dickinson University, where she completed her accounting studies. Mabel is committed to building organizational culture and best-in-class capabilities and has served on multiple corporate leadership committees. Mabel resides in Mansfield Township, NJ, with her husband and family.
