: Justin began working with McNeeley Appraisals in 2020, and recently acquired his Illinois Trainee Appraiser License. Justin has now begun working toward fulfilling the requirements to become a licensed appraiser, and has been a welcomed addition to the team. Justin also holds a State of Illinois Law Enforcement certification.
Justin Gonzalez, Trainee Appraiser: Justin Also began working with McNeeley Appraisals in 2020, and also recently acquired his Illinois Trainee Appraiser License. Justin is also working toward fulfilling the requirements to become a licensed appraiser, and is a valuable asset to the company while learning the appraisal process. Justin is also a Community Service Officer in Illinois.
Linette McNeeley, Office Manager/Co-Owner: Linette began working for McNeeley Appraisals in 2012 as an office manager, facilitating orders, scheduling and managing office correspondence. Linette has significant office and research experience stemming from her prior occupation as a Legal Assistant. Linette also holds an Illinois Realtor License with @Properties of Oak Park. Linette also speaks Spanish as a second language. Linette's contributions are instrumental to the day to day operations of McNeeley Appraisals.

Thomas McNeeley, Owner/Founder: Tom McNeeley started McNeeley Appraisals in 2011, and has grown it into a successful and thriving appraisal business in the Chicago area. Tom started working in the appraisal field in 2002, under the guidance of several MAI and SRA appraisers. Tom was certified in 2005, the highest level of licensure a residential appraiser can achieve. In 2009, Tom started working for Pahroo Appraisals, under the guidance of expert appraiser Michael Hobbs. He then used his valuable experience to branch off on his own, forming the company, and successfully growing it into the company it is today. Tom has bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences from Cleveland State University and also holds a state of Illinois Law Enforcement certification. He is affiliated with several organizations including the Grand Corridor Chamber of Commerce, and the Illinois FOP.
