I sincerely and absolutely believe that one of the most important attributes you can possess is the ability to exercise self-awareness. Sitting with people on a daily basis in consultations and mediation sessions where they share their deepest emotions, fears and dreams it became very clear to me over the years that people have a general lack of self-awareness and a lack of understanding what self-awareness entails. That they could have much better lives and relationships if they master the ability to be self-aware or just even try and exercise self-awareness more...
