MINDFUL CARE SOLUTIONS

I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2015. I completed my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling through Liberty University in 2013. My experience includes treating children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples with a wide array of issues such as depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and adjustment disorders. Additionally, I have worked in the Intensive Outpatient setting, treating substance use disorders. It is my goal to assist others with learning to cope with and manage the issues that they are experiencing. I believe that there is no "small" problem. Whatever you are experiencing is a problem for you and I am here to assist with making sustainable improvements to your wellbeing.
