Beyond her medical profession, Dr. Young is an amazing mother to two beautiful little girls who are Girl Scouts. She cherishes every moment with her family and enjoys exploring the world together. Often seen strolling through the beautiful gardens at the Dallas Arboretum or spending time with the animals at the Dallas Zoo, she embraces life with the same vibrant spirit she brings to her medical practice. Her dedication to her patients and her family makes her an exceptional role model and a true source of inspiration.

Dr. Anna Tseng - President

Dr. Anna Tseng is a true advocate for patients. She is very involved in the changes within the healthcare industry, leading her to work administratively with various organizations ensuring that patients are the priority. This deep caring is evident when she's in the room with a patient. Dr. Tseng takes the time to learn a patient's full medical history and learn other factors that may impact their life and disorder. Her special interests include multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular disease, and botulinum toxin therapy. Dr. Tseng believes in treating the whole person and not the disease. Her love of the arts has led her to implement art initiatives into inpatient and outpatient scenarios. Dr. Anna Tseng also leads Neurology Consultants of Dallas as the president and managing partner. Her desire to elevate the quality of patient care has been the force behind NCD's comprehensive care. She strives to make getting care seamless for patients and works with various organizations to accomplish this. When not trying to transform healthcare, Dr. Tseng is either taking care of her four dogs, following her two daughters in their various endeavors, watching old movies with her husband, or engaging in water sports. And when she has extra free time, she loves to go out for sushi. Dr. Duc Tran, a senior partner with Neurology Consultants of Dallas (NCD), has been an invaluable member of the Dallas community for over 20 years. He has played a pioneering role in the development of the research department within NCD and is deeply passionate about memory care and understanding each patient's needs to achieve better neurological health outcomes. Dr. Tran's commitment to his patients has earned him the prestigious title of Best Doctors in Dallas and Collin County by D magazine for an impressive 17 years. His expertise and dedication are so highly regarded that many physicians trust him to care for their own family members. Originally hailing from Vietnam, Dr. Tran moved to Dallas during his childhood. While initially considering a career in philosophy during his college years, his fascination with understanding how the brain works led him to pursue neurology. Since joining Neurology Consultants of Dallas, Dr. Tran has focused on electrodiagnostics, memory and cognitive disorders, and clinical research, serving as the Research Medical Director for NCD. He is deeply invested in the development of new therapies for patients with advanced memory disorders, among other areas of interest. Beyond his work in the neurology field, Dr. Tran and his wife find joy in vacationing in Florida and actively participating in their two sons' Boy Scout troop.
