Notting Hill Properties, LLC (NHP) was formed in 2007 and has over the past decade built a diverse network of contacts they work with on a daily basis to acquire and build both Non-Operated and Operated positions in active resource places primarily in Oklahoma (Merge, SCOOP and STACK) and Texas. During this period, we have helped place on 22,000 acres of minerals and leasehold to our clients and partners in deals totaling over $140MM. Our desire is to work with groups who interested in creating a foothold in these plays and/or to add to their current position. We have an extensive network of buyers, field contacts and sellers providing us with opportunities to acquire additional acreage.
