Ibrahim is our Head Hunter and Recruitment Specialist focusing on our large scale clients to ensure client and candidate satisfaction. He has been exposed to during his early years as it runs in the family. Thus he was able to hit the ground running once he had made the decision to switch from Sales and Marketing.
Having worked with many companies in Construction, Payroll, Software Sales, Telecommunications and Major Marketing companies across Canada and the United States. Ibrahim has demonstrated a history of increasing Client Satisfaction and driving company sales
Ibrahim has worked with start-ups, in the early phases, to assist in the initial marketing, selling, and finance reporting in order to allow them scale accordingly. As well as Fortune 500 company's to assist in growing and training their Sales teams.
Shaun attributes a diversified breadth of experience, which allows him to connect with Employers and Candidates alike.
Having worked with such companies as Diageo, GSK and British American Tobacco, Shaun has since turned his attention to sustainable energy. A proven business operations strategist.
In 2015, Shaun received an International Certificate in Responsible Management and Sustainability from the School of Business, Rennes, France.
His Pro-Bono for many charitable organisations such as Goal and Unicef, and raising money for Mental Health service, Ireland and Cancer Research in Canada, has given him skills beyond many other consultants in the field.
