O'TOOLE FAMILY LAW

In 2000, Polly Rea O'Toole co-founded a law firm devoted exclusively to the practice of family law. In 2004, D Magazine named her one of the "Best Lawyers Under 40". Every year since then, she has been named a "Texas Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly magazine. Since graduating from SMU Dedman School of Law in 1994, Ms. O'Toole's professional passion has been family law. Her practice is limited to divorce, custody disputes, child support, paternity, post-divorce modifications, pre-marital and post-marital property agreements, and adoptions.
