Litigation Support Group, (LSG) owned and operated by Patrick Persons, provides Paralegal and Investigation services to Minnesota lawyers. LSG collaborates with attorneys to bring their clients proactive, high quality legal services. Mr. Persons is a Minnesota licensed and insured private investigator and Certified by the American Bar Association as a Paralegal. LSG provides skip-tracing, witness interviews, obtaining statements or preparing memorandum on results. LSG gathers liability and damages information for injury or wrongful death files and prepares settlement demand letters in auto, products liability and medical negligence claims. LSG works with attorneys and their clients to provide discovery responses. Trial work includes utilizing electronic evidence presentation software at Jury trials. Trial experience includes both State and Federal Court in six states, with 15 trials taken to verdict.
