PAYTON

Payton is a multi-disciplinary theater artist. She has directed, performed, stage managed, and collaborated in devising processes using dance, puppetry, and original score in New Orleans, New York, and Santa Fe... I'm most interested in creating visual landscapes on stage based in the power of the finite, the dreamlike, and the inexpressible through language alone... In this practice, I want work I make and the work I support, to build environments that challenge how we tune in, how we react, how we are here.
