Partners For Quality Foundation - organizing special events and raising much-needed funds that suppot all of our agencies... Partners For Quality (PFQ) provides support to our subsidiaries that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. In all, our nonprofit organizations proudly serve more than 5,000 people in Western Pennsylvania.
