In 2020, the Temple community began our strategic planning process, identifying our strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth. This groundwork led to the crafting of a dynamic plan with a bold and innovative vision for the future that will position Temple as a leader in higher education. This website is a record of our process, a repository for our plan and a source of updates on our progress moving forward... I am honored to have worked with so many members of our community to develop this strategic plan and am excited and optimistic about our university's future. To meet the unprecedented challenges facing higher education today, we must be willing to take courageous action to achieve our goals.
