PHYSIOBOX MOVEMENT ACADEMY

PhysioBox Movement Academy is the first all-inclusive platform in the country, dedicated to building a community of healing for those with Parkinson's. Exercises are largely adapted from boxing and movement drills, focusing on mirrored coordination and solidity. Exercises vary in purpose and form, but all share one common theme: they are intended to extend the perceived capabilities of each participant.
