Amy is an experienced business owner with a demonstrated history working in the design industry. Skilled in Customer Service, Event and Strategic Planning, Leadership, Team Building, Public/Motivational speaking and Social Media. Amy is a strong arts and design professional and is passionate about health and wellness. She's a self proclaimed entrepreneur and visionary and studied communications at University of Utah.
Amy has spent the last 20 years of her career running Amy Hart Designs, an Interior/Exterior Design Consulting Business. She has also sat on the board of several Non Profit organizations. Most recently working with D2C an organization in Haiti addressing housing and educational needs of at risk and vulnerable children. Amy has 20+ years experience in organizing and running fundraising events and is looking forward and honored to be serving with the PMI franchisees in their local communities, as executive Director of PMI Cares.

Christopher is a self proclaimed; Proud dad, and owner of cows-alpacasgoat-horse-sheep and dogs! In addition to these acheivements; Christopher is an Experienced Chairman, President, Managing Director, investment banker and serial entrepreneur.
Christopher is skilled in Senior Management, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Start-ups, Corporate Finance, Franchising and Strategic Planning. He has a strong business development background starting several companies.
Christopher has a MBA focused in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Yale University - Yale School of Management, and international monetary macro economics at The London School of Economics.
Christopher is looking forward to giving back with PMI Cares and living out one of his favorite life motors "Where much is given, much is expected."

When Steve founded PMI in 2008, his vision was to create the nation's largest residential, commercial, and association management franchise network. Much of his career prior to PMI was spent riding the ups and downs of the real estate industry in land development, construction, and sales. Steve came to understand that no matter what the real estate market is doing, the property management sector of the industry remains stable. With this in mind, he built the PMI model for a consistent revenue-generating property management business which now helps hundreds of property managers realize their dreams of successful business ownership. Steve has always enjoyed supporting local charities and is excited to leverage his franchisee network to widen this charitable footprint.
