PROGRESS 2 SUCCESS

My name is Ashley Kew, I own and run Progress 2 Success Driving School which was established in Norwich in 2012 by me. I have many years of experience in driver training and an excellent pass rate. CPD (continued professional development) is something that I very much believe in, keeping myself up to date on new approaches. I like to continually develop my skills so in turn I can help my pupils develop theirs so in 2019 I completed my BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development. I followed this with courses in coaching, CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) . I have found this really helps me to understand pupils who suffer from nerves and anxiety. And to help people to build up their confidence again if they haven't driven in a while.
