As a veteran and current military reservist, Karee has over 17 years of military experience as well as operational planning experience. Her attention to detail is the backbone for Quentin's passion and experience in transportation. Whether it is planning for Department of Defense or planning transportation execution, Karee is sure to conduct risk analysis and mitigation to ensure the job is executed on time and within cost.
Quentin has over 18 years in the transportation industry. He has experienced things going right as well as things that could have/should have been done better. Quentin is an advocate of clear communication and expectation management in order to ensure flawless execution. He decided to start this company to utilize his passion for getting the job done right the first time and couple it with fair pricing in order to offer customers the Quentessential Transit experience in terms of ensuring the importance and emphasis a customer places on a job will be shouldered and executed by Quentessential Transit. When Quentin is not flawlessly executing or supervising the execution of general freight transportation loads or residential clearing, one can find him hunting, fishing, muddin' with his side by side or 4wheelers, or out on the lake fishing.
With over 16 years of experience in regards to over the road hauling, William is the "go to guy" to ensure complex jobs are executed on time and on cost, while ensuring the customer has had the Quentessential experience. In addition, William is the lead trainer for our teams, ensuring standard operating procedures are understood and adhered to. In his off time, William enjoys hunting and riding 4wheelers.
