Abbas started his career as a Building Surveyor with local practices before progressing to Project Management, giving him a unique understanding of customer satisfaction, change, liaison, service delivery, team building and project coordination.
He joined Resolis from Interserve Developments, where he was SPV General Manager (a combined role that included GM for several PFI projects and a Project Management role for Design & Build Energy Projects).
In his spare time, Abbas enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his children.

Abbie is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with experience in both Audit and Corporate Finance.
During her time in Audit, her portfolio largely comprised of PPP and LIFT projects. She has led a range of construction project audits, including schools, motorways, hospitals, emergency services, bridges, and prisons.
Abbie joins the Resolis team from Johnston Carmichael LLP.
Adrian joined the Resolis team in April 2023 from Sodexo Student Living where he was Group Manager for DIGS Student Accommodation.
With direct management for 3 Property Managers and indirect line management for up to 30 staff, he was responsible for strategic planning, contract P&L, Health & Safety and contract compliance.
A highly skilled Facilities/Technical Manager, he has over 30 years of diverse experience across a variety of operational and engineering roles.

Alex is a Facilities Manager with significant experience in developing, mobilising and implementing PPP/PFI portfolios across the education sector and operational FM of large-scale projects, across multiple locations, from the initial tender stage to contract procurement.
With extensive managerial, financial, health and safety and HR experience, he joined the Resolis team after a short career break, before which he was the Area Facilities Manager for Edinburgh Council.
In his spare time, Alex loves to go to the cinema, read and walk the dog.
Alick joined our Assurance team in August 2023 from Bellrock Property Group.
An experienced FM professional with in-depth experience of PFI contracts, he's worked across the healthcare, education and emergency service sectors.
At Bellrock, he was responsible for 6 high-profile contracts and he developed a strong partnership with both clients and external agencies such as the DfE and the SFT (Scottish Futures Trust).
With a proven track record in troubleshooting difficult contractual issues, Alick has sat on tender moderation panels and led a number of critical strategic FM reviews.
At Resolis, he'll be responsible for helping to facilitate and coordinate the development of hand-back strategies and the assurance of contractual compliance.
Alison joined the Resolis team in August 2022 from Imagine, where she was a Project Support Administration Assistant working on the PFI operations and compliance for the Cumberland Infirmary Hospital.
Reliable and enthusiastic, Alison has proven administrative experience and is self-motivated and methodical in her approach to tasks and learning.
Allan began his career 43 years ago as a tradesman and has progressed to a senior infrastructure management position.
Throughout his career, he has gained a diverse knowledge and understanding of various areas within the PFI, construction and property industries.
He's worked on projects, from specialist installations to purpose-built structures, public sector facilities and airport infrastructure projects.
An experienced SPV Manager of 18 years, he joined the Resolis team in April 2022 from IML.
Allan holds an honours degree in Construction Management and a Diploma in Business Administration.
Andreea joined Resolis in March 2024 from Administrate Ltd, a software company based in Edinburgh.
Currently working towards her CIMA Professional Qualification, Andreea has already completed her Certificate in Business Accounting and has passed her E1, P1, and F1 Operational levels.
With significant experience in maintaining purchase and sales ledgers, processing expenses, bank reconciliations, PAYE, VAT, credit control and monthly reporting, she has taken an Accounts Assistant role with our Finance team to progress her career.
Andreea has excellent numerical skills, along with an ability to learn and adapt quickly, and her strong organisational skills will be an asset to the Resolis team.

Andreia joined the Resolis team in 2022 from Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning Systems Europe.
With significant experience in reconciliations, expenses, FX deals for foreign payments, running supplier payments, reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing cashflow statements, she currently holds a CIMA Organisational Management and AAT Diploma in Accounting.
In her spare time, Andreia enjoys hill walking and going to the gym.

Andy joined the Resolis team after spending 12 years at mid-tier Chartered Accountancy firms, Saffery Champness LLP and Chiene + Tait LLP, where he held Senior Manager roles in their Audit and Accountancy departments.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Andy brings a strong track record of delivering audits, accounts and related advisory assignments on time and budget, where his focus was on providing exceptional client service through regular two-way communication.
Andy's role within the Finance team at Resolis includes managing all financial aspects provided to a range of PFI SPVs, providing relevant support to respective Boards, heading up our Finance Assurance service line as well as general line management and administrative duties.
In his spare time, Andy is a Trustee of the Heriot-Watt University Student Union and sits on the Finance Committee of the theatre company, Stellar Quines.
A highly accomplished Senior Facilities Manager, Anita holds a wealth of hard and soft FM experience.
With an accomplished track record across senior management positions, she will ensure that the required services are implemented and regularly maintained, including the organisation and installation of services, designing a maintenance schedule and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and in compliance with the law.
Anita joined the Resolis team in late 2021 from WSP.
Anna joined the Resolis team in January 2023 from educational and the British Transport Police PFI projects where she was General Manager with overall responsibility for the delivery of the latter's hand back to TfL in March 2022.
Prior to that, she was General Manager at John Laing Social Infrastructure and Vercity and in her position at Resolis, she maintains responsibility for the three educational PFI projects she looked after in that role.

Following his secondment from Dalmore Capital Limited where he was Senior Finance Administrator, Arnis joined the Resolis team permanently in August 2022 as Transaction Services Manager.
Arnis has worked across a wide range of finance and business development teams and gained significant experience in accounting, payroll, IT support, data analysis and business administration.
Joining the Resolis team from Ashville Asset Management Ltd, Aylin is an AAT4 and part CIMA qualified professional with passes up to the Operational level.
An experienced Assistant Finance Manager, Aylin is committed to the accurate preparation, presentation and delivery of financial reports, forecasts and budgets.

Prior to joining Resolis, Becky was an SPC Manager for Imagile with specific responsibility for a large acute hospital project in the South East of England, leading a team of three staff and overseeing the delivery of a significant lifecycle programme, large scale variations and day to day contract and compliance management.
Becky was an Associate with WSP and acted as SPV General Manager on another large acute hospital project in London with significant commercial and compliance issues. She has also worked on several schools projects in both private and public sector roles and brings twelve years of specialist PFI experience.
In addition to her SPV management roles, Becky has undertaken FM consultancy work for a variety of FM providers and investment companies, conducting benchmarking reviews and FM compliance audits and acting as lender's technical advisor on a number of operational school contracts.
Brian has over 20 years of experience in the PFI sector, managing contracts throughout the UK and Ireland.
With a proven track record in operational management, he joined the Resolis team from Robertson FM, where he was Lifecycle Manager across their UK portfolio of 43 PPP/PFI contracts within Education, Healthcare and Blue Light.
Brian holds an honours degree in International Hospitality Management, Diploma in Surveying Practice and is Certified by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, and he volunteers as Treasurer for the Scotland Branch, Institute of Hospitality and as a Board Director & Treasurer for CVS Falkirk & District.
Callum joined the Resolis SPV team in October 2022 from George Street Asset Management where he was Assistant General Manager.
With an extensive background in Project Management, he has significant experience in the PPP marketplace and has been involved in a variety of projects across a number of high-profile healthcare facilities.
Carl graduated from the University of Stirling in June 2018, where he completed a degree in Accountancy and Finance. Since then he has worked as an Accounts Assistant in both the Construction and Hotel sectors.
He is a focused and determined individual who is looking to further develop his skills and experience at Resolis.
In his spare time, Carl's big passion is football and he has played for and captained his local youth football team for a number of years.
Carl also has a vested interest in British Sign Language and has been involved in the deaf community for a number of years. With deaf parents, he has attended many deaf conferences and events, including the Deaflympics, which was held in Taipei, Taiwan in 2009.
Carly joined the Resolis team from WSP UK, a market-leading technical advisory team in the PFI/PPP sector, where she was Technical Director.
With over 15 years of valuable industry experience, she has utilised her analytical skills and business acumen to specialise in delivering consultancy, due diligence and technical commercial advice in infrastructure project finance.
As our Associate Director of Assurance, she will hold full responsibility for the development and delivery of our Assurance Framework.
Carol is a part-qualified Accountant with drive, determination and significant experience working in a busy office providing support to directors, the group financial controller and senior accountants.
She is currently studying to become ACCA qualified and holds excellent numerical and data entry skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of logistics, administrative and financial procedures.
Carol joined Resolis from MDS Estates Ltd in Edinburgh, where she was a Senior Finance Assistant.
A successful Performance & Compliance Manager, Chelsea joined the Resolis Assurance Team in November 2022 from Serco Health.
With significant experience in contractual compliance, performance & risk management, Chelsea has a comprehensive understanding of business continuity and major incident planning.
She enjoys a challenge and joins Resolis with a drive and determination to succeed and develop her career through key training, qualifications and on-the-job learning.

Christian is an experienced Project Manager with strong business acumen and extensive experience across financial and operational roles.
Highly adaptable and self-motivated, he currently manages multiple PFI stakeholders and provides support to the SPV Directors.
Christian joins the Resolis team from Albany SPCS Ltd.
Before joining Resolis, Colette held several roles across the private, PFI, financial, energy, and health sectors in London, Southampton, and Wiltshire.
A highly experienced, organised and task-driven individual, she joined the Resolis team in Feb 2022 and now provides Project Administration support for Corsham, Enniskillen, Plymouth and South West teams as well as Co Sec Support to those Boards and Directors.
Colin joined Resolis from Atterley.com where he helped to take the boutique fashion start-up from a £1m turnover to a £20m per annum sales run-rate in just 3.5 years.
A CIMA-qualified accountant, he has over three years of experience in corporate finance and online start-ups.
Prior to working in the private sector, Colin had ten years of experience in the charity sector as a Finance Manager and Interim CEO. With a strong track record of supporting Boards and senior management teams, he brings a fresh perspective to the Resolis Finance team.

Craig has 30+ years of experience as a financial accountant and auditor, much of it in the PFI sector during his time with KPMG, Infrastructure Investors, Barclays Private Equity, Quayle Munro and JCCA.
Craig joined the Resolis team from JCCA, where he spent 5 years as Audit Senior Manager in the Infrastructure & Renewables sector, managing a large portfolio of infrastructure and renewable projects.
He was also the Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer for the JCCA Edinburgh Office.
Dan joined us in February 2023 from Vercity Consultancy (formerly HCP Social Infrastructure), where he was Associate Director.
With a clear passion for Asset Management, he holds significant experience in Construction, FM and Lifecycle Management across the PPP/PFI sector.
A valuable addition to the Resolis team, Dan will focus on developing our Asset Services portfolio, and his passion for putting clients' needs first will ensure we provide sector-leading services that position our assets ahead of the curve.
With over twenty-seven years in PPP, PFI, NHS and private sectors, David is a versatile and resilient senior manager with significant experience in managing complex partnerships, settlement agreements and major variations. He has also led on asset management and origination for a large fund manager.
He joined the Resolis team in February 2023 from the £600m Birmingham New Hospitals PFI project, where he was Senior General Manager representing shareholders Balfour Beatty Investments and Infrared Capital Partners.
In his spare time, David enjoys cycling and walking.
David is an innovative PFI and FM Associate Director with experience in the private and public sectors working for several FTSE 100 companies.
In Healthcare he has managed the development of the complex multi-site services of an acute hospital employing over 700 people, where he was responsible for significant improvements in employee engagement and client advocacy.
David was instrumental in growing a £15m service organisation to £200m and reinvigorating Hull BSF Schools by repairing fractured relationships.
He is a skilled communicator who works with stakeholders to tailor service solutions in both the private & public sectors.

Demi has over 7 years of experience in PFI finance delivery and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Prior to joining Resolis in June 2022, Demi worked for Vercity, where she was responsible for the financial management of a wide range of social infrastructure projects.
Demi has extensive knowledge and experience in contractual compliance, relationship management and resolving complex financial matters, having been involved in lifecycle reprofiles, financial modelling, project refinances, major variations and commercial issues.
Des has over 20 years of experience in PFI both delivering and overseeing the delivery of MSA services.
Prior to joining Resolis, Des was a Regional Director with Imagile and, before that with Infrastructure Managers.
Within Imagile, Des had specific responsibility for a team of managers delivering operational MSA services to 25 projects with a Capital Value in excess of £1.5bn across Scotland, Ireland and the North of England.
He has managed significant defects, complex major variations and implemented key turnaround strategies for distressed projects through strong and effective relationship management, and enhanced contract compliance and monitoring.
He is adept at managing risk by resolving matters quickly and effectively; whilst developing and nurturing the long term relationships essential for stable and successful contracts.
Des' particular focus over the past few years has been on the management of projects with significant commercial and contractual issues. He is solutions focussed and has successfully navigated a number of adjudications, arbitrations and commercial settlements including the high profile Edinburgh Schools project.
Des holds a BA in Accounting and Finance.
Eamonn joined the Resolis team in 2022 from Infrastructure Manager Limited, bringing with him the NNT LIFTCo (Newcastle & North Tyneside Local Improvement Finance Trust Company Ltd), where he continues as General Manager.
As well as experience in managing operational PPP/PFI contracts, Eamonn specialises in project coordination of partnership projects mainly within the health and local authority sectors.
During his time working in the LIFT initiative, he has acted for both the public and private sectors. He has gained valuable experience in public sector procurement legislation, including PFI/PPP, as well as traditional procurement arrangements from the perspective of both parties.
Elwira joined the Resolis team in March 2024 from CMS Kameron McKenna where she was a Legal Cashier.
With experience in processing inter-client transfer transactions, daily bank reconciliation, fee allocation, processing purchase ledger invoices, reconciling petty cash and reconciliation reports, Elwira has joined Resolis to gain more experience, progress her career, and gain new skills.
Elwira is passionate about photography and, in her spare time, she loves to travel and explore Edinburgh.
Felicity joined the Resolis team in the summer of 2022 from IML, where she worked on several high-profile projects such as the Crown Courts project, an NHS Mental Health unit, a 400-bed hospital in South London and a Government office building in Cambridge.
She provided SPV management services on all projects, including relationship management, ensuring the requirements of the project agreement and all project documents are met, dealing with variation requests, reviewing lifecycle plans, internal auditing, producing quarterly stakeholder reports and attending board meetings with external investors.
Fionnuala joined the Resolis team in August 2023 from O'Hare & McGovern Limited.
A qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Fionnuala is responsible for seven of our PFI limited companies across the education sector.
Her main duties include preparing management accounts, updating financial models and liaising with Lenders and Auditors.
In her spare time, Fionnuala loves doing charity work and coaching Gaelic football.
Frankie joined Resolis from George Street Asset Management in April 2023, where she was Project Administrator for the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.
Positive and organised, Frankie will provide our Ops team with support in Ayrshire Maternity Unit, Stonehouse Hospital, Enniskillen Hospital and the Taycare project.
Gemma is a highly organised PFI professional, with a wide-ranging skill set and experience across contracts, Facilities Management, compliance, training, quality monitoring, relationship, and contract management.
She joined the Resolis team in March 2023 from Vercity where she was an Operations Manager with responsibility for multiple education and healthcare PFI projects.
Gemma thrives on a challenge and is a passionate and ambitious person who is now looking to develop her Operations career with us.
George joined the Resolis team in February 2024 from Robertsons FM in Aberdeenshire, where he was a Contract Manager responsible for managing the FM team and all site-based operations across several schools.
A results-driven Ops professional, he has over 15 years of experience across FM, Maintenance, Vendor Management, Risk Assessment & Mitigation, Compliance & Regulation and Health & Safety Management.
George is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, a certified member of the British Facilities Management Institute, a specialist Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, and he holds a Level 6 NEBOSH in Health & Safety Management.
Gillian joined the team in the early days of Resolis and has been instrumental in its start-up taking the lead on legal and corporate governance matters.
She comes from a corporate-commercial legal background, with close to two decades of corporate commercial legal, transactional, regulatory and compliance expertise in Canada, the UAE and the UK.
Her experience spans multi-million dollar cross-jurisdictional activities and assets across a complex stakeholder landscape, both as in-house counsel and in private practice.
She's a strategic thinker and persuasive negotiator who harmonises legal and commercial needs to provide the Resolis board with an influential leadership presence.
Gordon joined the Resolis team from George Street Asset Management, where he was Responsible for overseeing the PFI and Facilities Management Services for a 440-bed 45,000m² acute hospital and a 230-bed 58,000m² children's hospital.
He was responsible for delivering the financial portfolio with total revenue in excess of £50m including baseline contracts, penalty deductions and project variations, and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including health and safety, COSHH, (S)HTM's, water management and asbestos.
In 2007, Gordon was short-listed for the British Institute of Facilities Management, Facilities Manager of the Year award.
