Cory Swanson is a Project Manager for RK Junior Development Group. As someone who spent his teenage weekends insisting his parents take him to open houses, Cory has had a lifetime appreciation for home design and architecture. Today he lives out that appreciation by managing the construction of several RK Junior homes at a time, overseeing and arranging the many intricate processes necessary to create luxury custom homes. Few people have as rich an understanding of the many layers and facets of home design and construction as Cory.

Emily Glasser is the interior designer for RK Junior Development Group. She's in charge of designing all interior and exterior finishes and elements for every custom and spec home the company builds. Whether it's a peaceful country home on the outskirts of Nashville or a new modern home in the heart of downtown, Emily's impeccable visualization skills and her ability to make the right selections from hundreds of design options make her an invaluable asset in creating the unique homes that RK Junior is known for.
Emily works with clients daily, meeting with them in person, taking them to premier vendors, and assisting them in picking out lighting, floor coverings, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, countertops, trim accents, and more.

Jaman Rogers is the Construction Manager for RK Junior Development Group. He's in charge of overseeing every home the company designs and builds. Jaman also oversees the company's site superintendents and guides them in ensuring projects are completed on time and up to RK Junior's high standards. Jaman is also deeply involved in site assessment and home design, capitalizing on Nashville's love for quirky, interesting, and one-of-a-kind homes.
Jaman works with clients daily, ensuring full transparency from when the contract is signed to when Jaman hands clients the keys to their new luxury custom home.
Jessica Reyes is the Office Coordinator of RK Junior Development Group and the Executive Assistant to company founder and CEO Ron Kelley Junior. From arranging schedules for company executives to organizing subcontractors, administering internal accounting, and facilitating weekly management, Jessica is closely involved with every aspect of RK Junior's day-to-day operations.
RK Junior is known for its forward-facing, innovative, and transparent nature. The company builds unique homes, is committed to taking their time, getting projects executed right the first time, and always keeping clients closely involved via a 100% transparent and open business relationship. But all of that only works when the 'home base' is properly managed, which is where Jessica comes in.

Jose Osuna is a Project Manager for RK Junior Development Group. As someone who dove into residential remodels and luxury development fresh out of college, Jose directs his passion for architecture, building methods, design, construction history, and industry innovations into his day-to-day tasks. A natural communicator and a highly organized, charismatic individual, Jose excels at guiding subcontractors, arranging building schedules, securing materials, and ensuring clients are involved in the building process.
Rodney Harris supports his son's luxury custom home business as a Project Manager. Through that role, Rodney is thrilled for the opportunity to introduce clients to the aesthetic joy and modern convenience of life in an RK Junior home, all in a city that puts lifestyle before the grind. As a project manager, Rodney excels in the finer details of construction, himself deeply experienced in the many trades that go into creating a one-of-a-kind luxury home. He's been an integral part of trail-blazing new design and innovation methods, and he stands by RK Junior's commitment to involving the client in every aspect of home creation.
Ron Kelley Jr., or "Ronnie" to his friends, was born and raised in Nashville. From an early age growing up on the south side of town, Ron knew he wanted to live and work in Nashville, that his calling was one of entrepreneurship and community involvement. As a young man, Ron worked in a variety of fields. He owned several businesses, with each successive year and each new business further fueling a desire to serve, give back to his hometown, and create a robust company that would be seen as the premier luxury home developer in Middle Tennessee.
