Alan Laing - CEO

Alan is CEO and is responsible for developing and executing Rheia's strategic plan. Alan's unique background leading homebuilders and large suppliers contractors for the last 35 years ensures Rheia will understand and serve all of our key stakeholders while providing the day-to-day leadership necessary to our team to build Rheia into a world-class company.

Chris Edgren

As Vice President of Business Development Chris Edgren utilizes his 30 years of sales and marketing experience to lead the business development team in exceeding Rheia business goals. Prior to working at Rheia Chris held VP positions at MiTek and Wrightsoft Corporation and his knowledge of homebuilding, HVAC and Sales Operations is an asset to Rheia and its customers. Chris leads the team by focusing on a Customer Centric selling methodology and focusing on relationship build and management.

Jess Terry - EVP

Jess rallies our team together, merging sales and field operations in executing Rheia's strategic plan. Jess's knowledge of homebuilders, large suppliers, and contractors keeps Rheia in touch with all levels of the industry. His day-to-day leadership motivates and inspires our team to meet growing needs. Alan is CEO and will be responsible for developing and executing Rheia's strategic plan. Alan's unique background leading homebuilders and large suppliers contractors for the last 35 years ensures Rheia will understand and serve all of our key stakeholders while providing the day-to-day leadership necessary to build Rheia into a world-class company.

Josh Rowe

Josh spent 28 years in mechanical construction trades starting his career in the family business. Installed, serviced, and lead operations from residential, commercial, and industrial business segments. He is passionate about the construction trades and the exciting future of the industry. Josh believes it's all about doing the right thing, even when people are not looking. Here at Rheia our team is dedicated to doing the right thing and he is excited to bring our innovative product solutions to the homebuilding customer!

Lori Onizuka

Job Titles:

  • Vice President of Finance & Accounting
With over 25 years of experience in accounting, controller and finance positions, Lori Onizuka brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Vice President of Finance & Accounting for Rheia. As Vice President of Finance, Lori oversees Rheia's short-term and long-term financial growth, while overseeing all accounting operations and developing best practices to increase efficiency in our team and processes. Lori holds a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management at Devry University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Matt Rankin

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Supply Chain
Matt leads the company's strategic supply chain efforts including sourcing, logistics, distribution, and inventory management. Matt has over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding, contractor and building supply industries. Prior to that Matt spent 7 years in the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young. He is passionate about developing long-term "win-win" relationships with our valued supply partners.

Nathan Good

  • Vice President, Engineering & Design
Nathan is an Arizona native with a background in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC engineering. He has worked with homebuilders, architects, and other trades throughout his career to create the best HVAC solutions for a wide variety of applications. He is committed to helping Rheia continuously improve its products to deliver a better HVAC experience to residential construction.

Nigel Watts

Job Titles:

Nigel has 35 years of experience in product development, starting his career with GE Plastics before going to IBACOS in 1998 developing a series of online training, best practices, and quality assurance products to front line employees at the large national homebuilders. Nigel is passionate about innovation and developing solutions to bring innovation and positive change to the homebuilding industry.
