Alan, President and CEO of Safe Network Solutions, built his career in the technology space after completing his degree in Engineering Science at Vanderbilt University. Alan's talent as an information technology professional with a wide range of skills has driven the success of Safe Network Solutions to year over year growth through acquisition, organic sales, and most importantly, happy clients. Alan's primary role at SNS is to drive productivity and growth through technical innovation and client acquisition. He is a collaborative leader who drives continuous improvement and professional development with the team at SNS.

Ben Climer has been in the Service Team Lead and Solution Architect role for 5 years. His favorite aspect of SNS is the great team we have, which allows us to deliver excellent service to our clients. When there's a challenging problem at hand, Ben is the one we can count on for complete answers and elegant solutions. Ben built his first computer at the age of 8, started building web applications at 12 and before joining SNS, went on to compete in National Computer Repair competitions. He worked for HP as well as music row clients prior to joining SNS. Outside of work, Ben enjoys working on cars and traveling.
Brandon Colwell joined our team in October of 2019. He started as an intern and has now joined our team as a full-time service tech on our helpdesk. He is always working to resolve technical issues for our clients quickly and creatively.

Dan Jones, a BBA graduate in Management from Lipscomb University, has successfully managed technical teams for over 10 years. Dan's longevity and expertise enables him to ensure quality delivery of multiple engagements and long-term contracts across a variety of customers. Dan has full accountability for client relationships, strategic account planning, employee recruiting and business partner relationships. Dan acts as the first point of escalation for all client services issues, ensures that operational teams and subcontractors maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs, and provides day-to-day client advice and support.
Joel Colon joined our helpdesk and support staff in 2019. He comes from a background in corporate IT and is working with our leadership team to help streamline NOC operations and project deployments. He played one of the elves in the movie "Elf" and was featured on the 2019 SNS Christmas card.

Ryan Smith is an Account Manager an HR Admin at SNS. He has been working in the MSP space for his entire career. Originally from the Detroit area of Michigan, Ryan moved out to California and lived just off Hollywood Boulevard for a year before coming to Nashville. He has moved from a technical role in to a mix of roles that allows him to focus on building relationships both internally with the SNS team and externally with existing and potential clients. Ryan is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, car enthusiast, drummer, and cat daddy that exudes passion in each of his interests in a relentless pursuit of information.
