This is by far the best HVAC company in the surrounding counties. I have probably tried nearly every, if not all, companies I could find in the area and have never been happy with any of them until finding Russell's. This unit had sat dormant for three years waiting for a change out because of poor previous diagnosis from other companies. I was told the board was fried and needed complete change out by one company. Another said it was a bad thermostat and then blockage that could not be fixed and needed a complete change out. The second company charged me $275 for a service call, a new thermostat (dealer price $35), told me my $300 Ecobee WiFi thermostat was junk and needed a complete change out. When I called Russell's they came over in less than 24 hours, during the busiest time of the year. They called before coming, arrived promptly and were very friendly.
