Samata Land Group is a property development company in Jabodetabek. We deliver a "fine design" and a "value creation" project, to enrich communities and stakeholders value. In order to provide the suitable property solution, we always agile to understand the requirements of our customer's daily life... Our very first project that located in Tangerang City. As the name imply, we are inspired to combine the small river to become a part of our environement. To give another perspective, the river is shallow so you could see the rock inside of it. Since this is our first step so we decided to collaborate with another group to make sure things are perfect.
