Charlie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pittsburg State University in 2011. She previously worked in the Intensive Care Unit before joining Anesthesia Associates of Central Kansas in 2018. During this time she has transitioned to our full-time esthetics nurse within Salina Medical Esthetics. Charlie is trained and certified in both neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. In addition to injectables she's trained to perform micro-needling, chemical peels, HydraFacials, sclerotherapy, dermaplaning along with medical grade cosmeceuticals. In March 2022, Salina Medical Esthetics added a new laser service line, Alma Harmony XL Pro and Opus Plasma. Charlie is trained to perform all procedures using these devices including laser hair removal, Dye-VL (treatment of pigmented lesions), tattoo removal, and skin resurfacing. Charlie loves helping others to look and feel their absolute best by creating specific treatment plans to fit their individual wants and needs. She strives to give her clients a beautiful and natural look while forming long-lasting relationships.

Dr. Denise Weiss is a board-certified anesthesiologist with a passion for aesthetic medicine. She received an associate's degree in nursing from Kansa Wesleyan University, before earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas. She went on to achieve a master's degree in nursing from Wichita State University, prior to receiving a doctorate from A.T. Still University-Kirskville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Weiss then completed her residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. Her focus is on helping patients look their best and improve their confidence through some of the latest laser and aesthetic procedures available.
