In his current operating role, Dave is Vice President of Security at Sumo Logic where he leads the development and GTM of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions which solve the emerging challenges of cloud and modern application architectures. Dr. Sharat Sinha

Prior to Riverwood, Sophia served as Controller and VP of Finance at various software companies in the Bay Area. Sophia started her professional career at Arthur Andersen LLP in both the Taiwan and San Jose offices, where she provided auditing and consulting services to manufacturing and technology companies for five years. Sophia obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in National Taiwan University, a Master of Science in Accounting at Oklahoma City University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

She co-founded & led the Organization Design Practice at IDEO, directing innovation, digital transformation, and change management engagements for global enterprises. He is also the Chief Product Officer of LogicMonitor, the world's leading SaaS Unified Observability Platform. Tej has been building enterprise software products for more than 24 years. He has led engineering, product management, user experience, tech operations, and data science teams several times in his career in industry-leading organizations such as Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Jive, AppDynamics, and LogicMonitor. Tej brings the right balance of business and deep technical expertise to any executive team to drive mentorship, strategy, and execution to benefit the overall business. Tej's motto is to "Add value to people's lives" which gets reflected in the products he designs and builds. In his spare time, Tej reads technical and philosophical texts, as well as practices yoga and plays music on traditional instruments such as the harmonium.

Prior to this role, Thomas was Chief Marketing Officer of Druva where he led the company's demand generation, partner marketing, awareness, branding, and thought leadership initiatives. He is driven by a curiosity about the impact that data and technology can have on businesses. Thomas first honed his technical knowledge in customer-facing roles at New Era of Networks and Sybase (acquired by SAP). Subsequently Thomas joined TIBCO where he held a variety of strategic sales and alliances roles before joining the marketing leadership team. As CMO of TIBCO, Thomas grew the company's awareness by leveraging voice of the customer advocacy and highlighting the impact of TIBCO's technology on the World's top sports teams. Under his leadership, Thomas' organization tripled the contribution of marketing to the revenue via targeted, engaging, and personalized digital experiences.
