Blanche has been a writing consultant to technical experts, creating documents that are easily understood by people without technical expertise. Her prior positions included administrative roles at Community Mutual Insurance Company, where she helped launch Cincinnati's first HMO, and at a consulting engineering firm specializing in HVAC systems.

Brad's entrepreneurial, management, analytical skills, sense of humor, and ability to bring balance were developed in a varied career that includes construction management for a custom home builder, designing and building custom cabinetry, and managing restaurants.
Carla Goring-Madden has more than 25 years of experience in fundraising with expertise in donor research, information/database management, donor relations/stewardship, and communications/marketing, as well as campaign management.

Diana has more than 40 years of experience working in fund development at nonprofits ranging from a small community development organization to a major hospital system, leading annual, grant, and major gift programs.
Liz became President & CEO of Skystone Partners in 2013 after three years as its managing partner. She joined the firm as a senior consultant in 2007, and previously held fundraising and leadership positions at Cincinnati area nonprofits.
Julie has more than 20 years of broad-ranging fund development experience, including more than 12 years on the Cincinnati Opera's development team.
Kathy Hatfield, GPC, is an accomplished professional with extensive grant development and leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. Her passion is to support and build capacity for nonprofits of various sizes and interests to better achieve their mission and visions.
Kay was the managing partner of the Dallas office of Skystone Partner's predecessor organization for 25 years, serving colleges, universities, hospitals, trade associations and religious groups.
Kay served as the CEO for the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.). Before PATH Int' l., she was Executive Director for Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship. She previously had been the managing partner of the Dallas office of Staley/Robeson/Ryan/St. Lawrence for 25 years, working with colleges, universities, hospitals, trade associations, and religious groups in all aspects of fundraising.
Melanie Hoffman has more than 35 years of development experience, serving in senior staff roles and as a consultant. She has wide-ranging experience in planning and executing annual, major giving, and capital campaigns, board development, strategic planning, and interim development program management. Melanie directed major fundraising programs and campaigns at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and the National Audubon Society.
She has served as a consultant to major universities and academic medical centers, cultural and environmental organizations.
Patty has more than 20 years of experience in fundraising for private schools and higher education, education leadership and administration, and philanthropic consulting.
Before coming to Skystone Partners, he was a senior partner and chairman of his own consulting firm. He was recognized by the AFP with its Founder's Medallion, honoring his outstanding service to the fundraising profession. As of 2020, only 22 individuals have ever received that honor.
