SOF Integrated Wellness Foundation (SOFIWF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people live healthier lives with effective mental health education... SOF Integrated Wellness Foundation (SOFIWF) was established in July 2021, because of lack of accessible and affordable mental health services for the BIPOC community, in London, Ontario and beyond. Unfortunately, only a few people in the BIPOC community are getting the support they critically need. Many from this community often to do not have health care benefits because of lack of gainful employment. Some have benefits that can cover only a few sessions, leaving them stranded with little or no racial based help... At SOFIWF, we use education-based strategies to tackle mental health issues. And our holistic approach ensures that SOFIWF educational programs are designed not just for those vulnerable to mental health challenges, but also for their loved ones and the community at large.
