Amber has been a part of our team for 5 years. In her role as office manager, she handles the day to day office operations and customer service. Amber loves interacting with our customers and getting to know them. In her free time, she is a mom to 2 awesome kids, 3 fur babies, and enjoys expressing herself creatively through photography. Amber says, "Working closely with my husband, Russell, has been a rewarding experience. It's truly amazing to watch someone you love so dearly chase their dreams and achieve so much! He has built a wonderful company and we really love our customers!"
Bryant joined our team in January of 2019 after several years of being a manager in the landscape industry. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and camping. Bryant brings a fresh perspective to our company. He says, "I like working outside and enjoy being around the people I work with. I enjoy working for a company who cares for their employees."
Cristian joined our team in June of 2021. He enjoys playing soccer and is a car and fish enthusiast. Christan loves to spend time with his family and learning new skills.
Jordan joined our team in June of 2021. Jordan has worked in the landscape industry for 3 years. He enjoys taking care of his fish and playing USSSA softball. When asked what he likes most about his job, Jordan stated, "I love watching lawns transform and seeing the hard worked days pay off for a property as well as seeing the customer's faces when they see results.
Logan joined our team in September of 2021. In his free time, Logan enjoys watching sports, playing basketball, working out, and being outdoors. He says, "I like working at Solid Green because Russell really cares about his employees. He only wants them to be the best they can be.
At a young age, Russell always enjoyed working in the yard. Throughout the years, he mainly worked in the landscape industry working for several large landscape firms. During his time at these companies, Russell gained knowledge and experience, but something wasn't right. The one thing that he saw time and time again was customer service and quality always lacked. This lead to Russell opening his own business in 2011 with a focus on customer relationships and quality service. As a business owner, Russell always strives to keep a personal, one on one customer relationship no matter the size of our company. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and their children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and other hobbies. Russell says, "As a business owner, I never imagined being so blessed. I strive to make sure our employees are happy and know they are valued so that our customer service and quality are beyond compare."
