She possesses divine knowledge in the areas of Private Equity Funding, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, ESOPs, and Startup Ecosystem. She has supported many Startups accomplish successful major corporate projects end-to-end. In the initial years of her career, she had assisted in extensive secretarial audits of well-known companies like Tata Coffee, Practo, ASM Technologies, etc., she is always passionate about going the extra mile. She has helped companies close fund-raising rounds worth approximately $1.8 billion.
SKS is an experienced deal maker. SKS was thrown into the start-up ecosystem very early when he joined Ola in 2014, when the billion-dollar start-up was in its early growth stage. Over the last 10+ years, SKS has been instrumental in closing multiple fundraising rounds worth approximately $4 billion from marquee investors like SoftBank, Tencent, Hyundai, Temasek, Tiger, DST, Falcon, and Matrix. He has also led numerous acquisitions. His valuable experience gained in scaling one of India's most successful unicorns has made SKS the go-to advisor for numerous start-ups, founders, and early-stage investors.
