The Starkwood neighborhood in Portland, Oregon was developed in the late 1950s by Evan Homes. These quality-built homes were inspired by Swedish Modern design with simplicity of line and proportion. Although some changes have been made over the years to modernize most homes, the spirit of the original neighborhood's integrity and aesthetic continues to be maintained.
