The mission and vision of Dignity Health Foundation - East Valley includes all of us, coming together to ensure the best possible care for patients served by Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, and our associated outreach programs. For more than four decades, our teams have dedicated themselves to not simply providing treatment, but truly caring for patients and families. As a result, our philanthropic efforts have ensured excellence in care, medical education, research, and community outreach close to home whenever and wherever it's needed... Through our support group and its expanding reach, Heaven's Hummingbirds seeks to provide parents who are facing the loss of a baby with access to other parents who have been through this experience. All parent and/or nurse facilitators have gone through a vetting process, completed training and education on grief..
