The Talent Consortia is the foundation of our Talent Development process. We are the Stakeholders from Industry, Education and Community Organizations that come together in a formal partnership to identify specific talent gaps and develop innovative solutions to close those gaps. These groups are not limited by location, size or type of Industry or Education... The Talent Development Coalition helps candidates explore available career pathways and develop meaningful learning plans. We provide resources for schools by working with school counselors who are helping students to find career-based learning opportunities... Talent Development Coalition helps candidates find high demand, high-paying careers in trades, construction, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and other in-demand fields.
