THE COPING CENTER

The Coping Center is a boutique therapy practice created with the goal of providing client-centered emotional wellness services. We carry smaller case loads to enhance psychological care and to allow our clinicians to focus on every aspect of your healing journey... We aim at collaborating with clients and guiding them through a cognitive exploration to help increase their emotional intelligence... An individual enters therapy to gain insight and learn skills and techniques to help them cope. We focus on empowering and educating clients on how to regulate their emotions and learn how to overcome defeating behaviors and thought processes. We are a culturally competent, gender responsive therapy practice. We treat our clients from holistic perspective, providing interventions that considers the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well being of the client.
